Additional information to financial calendar

As previously announced Birdstep Technology ASA will not hold live presentations of the quarterly earnings reports due to low attendance and cost cutting measures.Instead, the company will invite to a phone conference following the announcement of the earnings reports. In the phone conference CEO and CFO will be available to answer questions.

For the Q4 earnings report Birdstep Technology ASA invites to a phone conference at 10.00 CET, February 24th.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at Hotel Continental in Oslo, Thursday, May 4th, 2012 at 12:00 CET. The notice will, prior to the event, be sent to all shareholders registered in VPS. Printed versions of the notice and documentation will at the same time be available on the company’s home page www.birdstep.com.
